Quality assurance and guest safety require regular maintenance – and the need for these efforts is continuously growing. Trail-Tickets play a key role in helping us maintain the high standards of our trails.
Trail Tickets
Pay & Ride - from 01.05.2025
From 01.05.2025, a trail ticket is required to ride the lake.bike trails. There are four types of tickets:
Day Ticket
Valid on the selected day during official operating hours.
The purchase of a Day Ticket includes full-day use of all lake.bike trails, as well as the lake.bike pumptracks in Drobollach according to the respective opening hours.
Toddlers (3–5.99 years): free
Children & youth (6–17.99 years): €8.50
Adults (18+ years): €9.50
4-Day Ticket
Valid for four consecutive days starting from the chosen start date.
The purchase of a 4-Day Ticket includes full-day use of all lake.bike trails, as well as the pumptracks in Drobollach during the official opening hours on your four selected consecutive days.
Toddlers (3–5 years): free
Children & youth (6–18 years): €25.50
(Pay for three days – ride for four!)
Adults (18+ years): €28.50
(Pay for three days – ride for four!)
Season Pass ALL-IN
Valid for the entire season of the purchased calendar year.
The purchase of the "ALL-IN" Season Pass includes full-day use of all lake.bike trails, as well as the pumptracks in Drobollach during the respective opening hours.
Toddlers (3–5 years): free
Children & youth (6–18 years) – ALL-IN*: €120
Adults (18+ years) – ALL-IN*: €150
Season Pass TRAILS ONLY
Valid for the calendar year as stated on the ticket.
The "TRAILS ONLY" Season Pass includes full-day use of all lake.bike trails during the official opening hours throughout the entire season.
Toddlers (3–5 years): free
Children & youth (6–18 years) – TRAILS ONLY*: €85
Adults (18+ years) – TRAILS ONLY*: €110
- Only the designated marked trail may be used. Trails may only be used during official opening hours.
- Trails are color-coded by difficulty (Green to Black).
- Helmets are mandatory, and appropriate bikes are required. Protective gear is highly recommended.
- No alcohol or drugs, no pets allowed on the trails.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Trail use is entirely at your own risk.
- No right of withdrawal according to Austrian consumer law (FAGG), since this is a leisure service tied to a specific time frame.
- No refunds for bad weather, early departure, or temporary closures.
- Partial refund only possible with a medical certificate confirming illness or injury that prevents use for at least 6 weeks.
- Day tickets: No replacement in case of loss or theft.
- 4-Day or Season tickets: Replacement is possible with official proof of loss or theft.
In cases of misuse (e.g. unauthorized transfer, forgery, false statements), the ticket will be confiscated, legal action may follow, and a contractual penalty of €100 per violation may be charged.
Only the trails listed at https://www.lake.bike/en/trails are included.
- Any new trails added during the validity period are automatically included.
- Closed or removed trails do not entitle users to refunds or cancellation.
- If you take the Kanzelbahn cable car up to the Gerlitzen Alpe and buy a mountain railway ticket, you no longer need an extra trail ticket for the PROlitzen Trail.
The prices are very tightly calculated - therefore there are no discounts available.
Trailcenter Faaker See
Trails in the Trailcenter Faaker See are open from April 1 to November 9, 2025.
April 1 – 30: daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
May 1 – September 15: daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
September 16 – November 9: daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Trailcenter Ossiacher See
Trails in the Trailcenter Ossiacher See are open from May 1 to October 31, 2025.
May 1 – September 15: daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
September 16 – October 31: daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
